Description

This super short story was such a surprise in this jam-packed anniversary issue of Superman/Batman !

As a Conner fan, it was great to see that Conner takes on the mantle of his mentor just as Damian takes on his father's cowl. Moreover, it's interesting that Damien and Conner are at odds in the future and come to this memoriam of their respective fathers to pay respect to the people they save. It was a moment a reaffirmation of why they do what they do.

Beautiful words but most of all I love the power of David's art...so beautiful !!!

My only complaint is that it was too short and I don't own page 2...yet !!!

Great page! Finch did a great job with this, as usual (btw, it's spelled "Damian" not "Damien"). I hope you are able to get page 2 of this because they belong together...
