You can feel the anticipation of this reunion...and I enjoy this page because it captures that pre-moment, the time right before all the soul-searching...Everyone's been there, It's only this boy and this girl are Super and Wonder and really happy that Geoff has decided to give us these beats because they are so important and really lay the foundation for the direction of these two important characters in the DCU. I was fortunate to pick these up a few weeks ago at Toronto FanExpo 2009, thanks to Shawn and Francis...so I had a little anticipation of my own going on: hoping the dialogue matched the panels (these two should b together !) and I waited to post the art until the comic came out. Beautiful story and Beautifully drawn, sad that there will be only 4 more issues of this amazing team....but looking forward to each moment as they come !!!!

Beautiful...I love the sequence of these pages, he captures the gentleness and the painful awkwardness of first teenage love... As great as a job as francis Manapul is doing on Superboy and wonder Girl..it is the Ma Kent and Krypto scenes from the issue that tug at the heart strings..Congratulations
