Description

I loved the juxtaposition of this calm(ish) scene as compared to the page immediately preceding this. Yildiray does a great job executing this shift from the physical world to Banner's mindscape with the use of the negative space technique, placing Banner and Fixit in a literal and figurative desert, as I interpret to be off-strip Vegas and Banner's isolation and neglect during the Fixit years. I must say, I loved most of the story quite a bit but felt it got a little crazy, and maybe a little rushed, in its resolution (but there were extenuating circumstances).

Cinar takes us from the outside through Fixit's eye and put into this one on one fight for his soul. Really cool how the background brush ink effect in each of the panels below help keep visual cohesion across.

Another cool piece from this book! Iike here how in some figures, there's not an outside border line. Looks really cool and is a subtle touch hinting at a change to the mindscape. Congrats!
