DescriptionOne of the remarkable things about the Fourth World was that the back story was as good as the front story --maybe better. This page from the last issue of New Gods reveals the genealogy of Orion and Kalibak, as well as a bit of old court intrigue. Strong 4th World pages are the ultimate for me, so if you notice several good Kirby pages now missing from my gallery, well, victory is not without cost...Social/Sharing |

Only genius reinvented themselves and Kirby did it all his life! Big congrats Aaron for this masterpiece.

I once held this great page in my hands but did not have the necessary funds in hand. New Gods to me still is under appreciated.Kirby really was a genius.The art is so vital.A brooding visual masterpiece.

This is a great Fourth World page. The third panel is classic Darkseid.
