DescriptionOne of the (many!) things in which Kirby excelled was the handling of scale. I'm thinking of his startling Eternals panels featuring the Celestials, his many remarkable giant monster scenes for Atlas, of course Galactus and the Watcher, and also some Ant-man panels, at Marvel, and the all-time great Promethean Galaxy and Leviathan DPS's in New Gods 5 & 6. There are plenty more, and all of them pretty hard to come by as original art goes, so I traded some pretty fine stuff, stuff that hurt me to let go, in order to get this page of three near-perfect panels of Ben Boxer in his giant form vs. the tiger warship of Prince Tuftan.Social/Sharing |

yeah, the scale is fantastic, as is the motion of the panels 1. 2. 3. these are also some of the nicest berry inks on a late kamandi... this page is perfect!!!!!!!!!!

MASSIVE addition. Make Mine Marv... DC. I am not that familiar with Berry inks but he did a great job here.
