DescriptionWhen I saw this page on ebay I flipped out and did what was necessary to obtain it against heavy competition. One of the best Eternals pages I've ever seen, ranking with the best panel pages from the fourth world books, IMHO. Note the remarkable symmetry here: lower right panel repeats the compositional curves of the upper left panel; lower left panel repeats the raised arms of the upper right panel. Royer's inks here are so sharp I swear the page sparkles. I hope I don't seem to be boasting here, but I AM STOKED.Social/Sharing |

I still say Royer was the best inker for Kirby. Beautiful page from the 1st Eternals book I ever owned.
