Description

I'm really happy to get this great page from a story I particuarly love, the story of Peter Parker's parents. Oddly, some pages from this story were done twice up ,and others were done modern size, as is this one. I love this unique pairing of hero and villain, and Red Skull wearing a smoking jacket with his art hanging in his castle!! I think Romita assisted on this story, I'm not sure what, possiby layouts.

I'll say this about the Red Skull. He is truly crazy smoking in a room with all that art in it! Lol!

Red Skull is depicted like the classic Bond villain: A lover of art, a connoisseur of fine wine who can out-cook the finest chefs in the world, who also happens to be an expert on international finance. Oh yes, he also loves classical music and can tell the difference between the tones of a Steinway from a Baldwin piano from three rooms away over the sound of the guy's jackhammering outside his window.
