DescriptionReally nice cover recreation by Dan Orgill of a cover recreation I have wanted up on my wall for a long time. When I noticed his rendition of the original team on CAF I knew he was the artist to do justice to Jack Kirbys original design with an updated feel of imaginative realism that I love so much. I asked Dan to make the Hulk bigger than in the original to faithfully represent his brutish appearance in the early 1960’s and also to make Hank and Jan bigger to stand out a bit more than in the original. The golden Iron Man armor really shines and the chefs kiss is the facial sneer he gave Loki that the original lacked. Dan was very easy to work with and his turn around time was fast. I hope you love the trip back in time to the founding of the Avengers and thanks for looking!Social/Sharing |
