Description

Appears to be an Italian herbal liqueur produced by the S.& A. De Capua Distillery in Maddaloni, Caserta in the 1930's. Its yellow color comes from the presence of saffron in its recipe. Most likely considered a digestive, meant for drinking after meals. The label on this bottle features an early pie-eyed Mickey Mouse holding the very same bottle in his hand. The label on the top part of the bottle reads Liquori Fini, D'Italia which is inside a molded pressed-star design IN the bottle above the Mickey label. The bottle is 14" tall.
