DescriptionFor those of you who are still with me, here it is! The 5th and final Venomized cover, with the MAIN EVENT!VENOM battles THE POISON QUEEN! Haha, I accidentally typed "Goblin Queen." And it occurs to me that a lot of Marvel stories have involved evil queens, like Goblin Queen Madelyne Prior and MC2 Universe's Goblin Queen Elan DeJunae. Madelyne Prior also took a turn as one of the many Red Queens of the Hellfire Club. Emma Frost was the White Queen of the same Club. In "Spider Island," there was a Spider Queen. Who can forget Angela, Queen of Hel. Disney has the quintessential Evil Queen. Evil Queens are just plain bad-ass. I didn't intend to go down this road when I started this description, but this kind of thing often happens with me. Anyway, in Venomized #5, with Venom's help, Jean Grey defeats the Poison Queen, which in turn neutralizes all the poisons. I have attached some of the colorized interiors from the issue to show the ultimate showdown. Social/Sharing |

Another cool Venom image, and another opportunity for me to once again mention just how great Bagley's art has become over time. Kick ass!

We round it out with numero cinco! Poison Queen looks monstrous here, kinda like the Queen in Aliens! Congrats!
