Description

This is the second Ghoul page I've purchased, but the first I've framed along with a page from the published comic. It never occurred to me the colorist would come along later and apply their talents to a copy, but then again... Who would want to chance ruining the original if something went wrong?

I find it very interesting to see Wrightsons original art alongside the published finished page...

Now, I just need to do the same for my other Ghoul page...

It takes quite a bit of time applying tiny strips of double stick tape to those little characters, but I think it's worth the effort. Thanks for the compliment... :)

so much of Wrightson's detail cannot be seen in the final product. I love his work and remember bidding on this page. I see it got a good home :) Very nice piece...I love the depth Wrightson creates with just a few strokes..love the background scene in this beautiful partial splash page :)
