Description

I recently acquired this piece but wasn't really sure what I'd purchased (other than the obvious!). Turns out, this was published as a full page in Matt Groening's 2010 book: "The Simpsons Futurama Crossover Crisis", under the "Masterpiece Gallery" section (page 197).

After quite a bit of time searching the internet for the published art, all I could find was a Wrightson contribution to the title, but no images. The image exists here now of CAF for the next person who might want to see the published art.

What a cool image with a odd pairing of characters, with Wrighson's humor showing through in the art and with the "Broadway Maybes" title.

At the bottom of the colorized printed page (additional photos) is the information: Broadway Maybes by Bernie Wrightson. Colors by Serban Cristescu.
