DescriptionZatanna has always been one of my most favorite DC heroines and I’ve always loved the way Gray Morrow would depict her. I would go as far to say that my favorite rendition of Zee is when Morrow is drawing her. This page was something I never knew I wanted until I found it randomly for sale at the most recent LA art show. This page instantly grabbed me while at the show amongst other fantastic pieces, but this was the page I could not get out of my head for the next following weeks. So naturally after some rereading of the issues of Adventure Comics I’ve come to realize that for my personal taste I felt this particular page to be one of the best examples in the whole Zatanna related back-up run bar maybe some of the title pages. That was the final straw that propelled me to reach out to the seller and purchase the page. It was as if the page put a spell on me and said “Yub em.”Big thanks to Mr.Bechara for this page! Lovely page by Morrow who was indeed very apt at drawing women.

What a beauty! Glamor is played up very well as Morrow made Zatanna get with the times to show off how pretty she can be in her cute magician's outfit. Lots of razzle dazzle with the fine inking and the graphic design panels. The graceful hand destures show us how dainty and elegant she is. Her hug at the end is simply magical.

As always I enjoy your observant comments. It really highlights aspects of the piece and at times helps me feel validated on what I myself find most pleasing about the pieces. Thank you so much Marcus.

This a very nice Gray Morrow, the figures flow and the inks bring this to life. Zatanna is illustrated perfectly.

Some gorgeous panels! Love those first two especially. Couldn't ask for a better Morrow Zee.

Great perspectives on Zatanna with an appropriate amount of zip-a-tone! Excellent pickup!
