Description

Duncan Fegredo�s covers have always captivated me and are some of the most beautifully drawn pieces in the Hellboy universe, and that says a lot coming from a property that has many great talents. The image features many if not all the major players in the story. The scene depicted has quite a somber/melancholy feel especially for those who have followed the story since the beginning. BPRD remains for me one of my favorite modern works in comics. It reminds me of a time I was reading many great stories all at once, but during this time Hellboy and the BPRD universe stood out on top amongst the rest and til this day still remains.

Major thanks to Joseph for working with me on this piece (especially on the shipping end) and thanks to Duncan for allowing this beautiful image to find a new home.

Fegredo did an incredible job on this cover. The technique is impeccable. This is one of the best pieces that I have seen on CAF. Congratulations on adding this to your collection.

So many layers to this with the white parts left having just as much detail and impact as the line and wash that's painted on!

Fabulous Duncan Fegredo cover for B.P.R,D. The Devil You Know. Love the composition on this cover which includes most of the principal characters from the series. Beautiful ink washes by Fegredo really give the characters heft and give the scenes dimension. Fantastic pick-up, congrats!
