... while the dwarfs are hung out to dry?

Leone Frollo is an Italian artist who got started in comics doing war stories for British publisher Fleetway. He then drew for the Italian publisher in the horror and erotic genres.
One of the series he worked on was Biancaneve, which was erotic tales featuring Snow White.
While he did the interior art, the covers were painted art by Alessandro Biffignandi.
This series was mostly collected reprints and they allowed him to do the covers.

Now I believe erotic tales
Leone Frollo has drawn the Black Knight

But, if you're screwin' about my baby

I've seen the Italian artists of that period (Frollo, Magnus and others) "being inspired" by many of their US contemporaries (Buscema, Colan, Ploog,..) so that could very well be the Black Knight indeed.

The inking here is stupendous! Fabulous use of the brush. The style on the dwarves in particular reminds me of Joe Sinnott's inking approach.
