Description

Briz isn't going to make anyone forget Todd McFarlane, but I still love this piece! Besides featuring my favorite character, this was also a Christmas gift from my bud Joe Le. Great perspecitve of the cityscape in the background, and I love the way he drew all those people in the windows of the Daily Bugle. Nice detail on the costume and webbing too! A real fun piece and a sentimental favorite!

(5/5/08)Finally decided to slide this piece over to my gift gallery. At first it didn't really qualify, since I started this gallery room to feature pieces that were given to me AFTER joining CAF (and Joe and I have known each other long before that). But since I've renamed the gallery after my dad, I figured the piece really does belong here!

The artist Briz did a lot of work for Wizard Magazine. A while back, Wizard use to have a monthly pull-out calenders and Briz would draw up the whole calander month and draw little characters in each day of the month. Aside form the Calenders, he also drew spot images in various issues of Wizard Magazine. I haven't seen his work anywhere else besides Wizard Magazine.
