DescriptionThis one is inbound. I will have it in three weeks time.Holy Cow! You never know what will show up at some of these one day original comic art shows in the United States. I saw this at a show a couple of months ago with a prominent dealer, and I had to buy it. It killed me on the last two auctions with Heritage Auctions and ComicLink. With the cash that it took to purchase this page never before offered, I had to let my bids go without protection. Those that know my collecting passion for certain artists can thank me later (;-). However, having this page will make it worthwhile. This three issue arc continues to resonate with me. If I see an interior page from one of these three issues, then I will have to make a go of it. Others may have more money, and I get that fact. However, do they have the same passion as I? I can answer that rhetorical question by writing that I know others in our investment hobby who hold the same passion. I was just fortunate this time. Social/Sharing |

Never seen this one before - love the bottom panel with Wondy, Beast, Scarlet Witch, et al....not often you see these pop up, congrats on scooping it up!

Anytime I see that your galley is updated I know it’s gonna be something spectacular and BAM you unearthed another gem by the great John Byrne! CONGRATS!!!

Yet another classic. This might be an emotional thing for you, but purely from an artistic point of view it is hard to beat this period’s Byrne. The Marcos pairing was also particularly accomplished in those issues

Wow, so cool to see all three members of the Lethal Legion go down in defeat on the same page. And that bottom panel is a dream come true for any Wonder Man fan. I think this page was totally worth it. Big congrats Philip!

Prime Byrne. While I have to say that I love Austin's inks on Byrne (and others) above all else, I think Marcos did a great job on this issue. Especially that bottom panel, the inks are just great, especially on Cap and Witch's hair, really a sweet panel overall. Congratulations on a mighty acquisition!
