The arrogance of Nighthawk! Colan and Shores do a great job of exposing his hubris with that big smile! That second panel is a visual highlight with the Dardevil head outlined. I can imagine the light coloring on it as a ghostly face amongst all the haters and fans Nighthawk sees in his mind!

Delightful classic Colan page! The poses and overall page composition are so energetic and perfect for telling the story, as usual for Colan DD

Great page! Nighthawk worked surprisingly as well as a villain as he did as a hero, and those action scenes are fantastic. Lovely, rich artwork, with nice use of black on Nighthawk's costume in the last panel, showing him seemingly blurring into the shadows.
