DescriptionAHHH here it is!! I owned a couple of V pages previously, one of which was very near and dear to me. Unfortunately I had to sell that page, and didn't think I could ever hope to acquire anything to compare. There are only a couple pages in the book that would have fit the bill, but this is one of them!!As it turns out I love the pages from the final part of the story the best. The pages are quite clean and the story really hits a crescendo. The emotional impact of the final book on me has always been quite potent. And this page...this page...it's the death of V. What more can be said? I am in awe that I am fortunate enough to own such an important page in comics' history, especially the way that V and the Guy Fawkes mask have become so ingrained in our culture. I love Watchmen, and loved adding a Watchmen page to my collection, finally. But for me V For Vendetta is Alan Moore's most important contribution to a broader, non-comics, culture. And what amazing writing by Moore! This is a real treasure. Social/Sharing |

A pivotal moment in the story. You're not taking any prisoners these days are you?! Nice one.

'The Victoria line is blocked...twixt Whitehall and St James...' still raises the hairs on the back of my neck to this day. For me, V for Vendetta is Alan Moore's best - bar none. A treasure indeed.

Not sure how I missed adding a comment to this piece of history - I also feel V will have a more lasting impact than Watchmen; I understand Mr. Moore had mixed feelings but I enjoyed the movie V >> Watchmen as well.

One of the nicest V pages I've laid eyes on!
A vision of valor, vital to our values of virtue.
