Description

Written by Carol & Pat McGreal and illustrated by Giorgio Cavazzano, "Mission Immagical" is a story first published by Egmont and then also in Italy on Topolino magazine (#3133).

The story is about Magica depositing a scroll with a strong spell written on it in Asgorath, the Fort Knox of the magical world. Knowing how dangerous the spell could be, Scrooge asks Donald and Gyro to help him break into the building and steal the scroll.

Here's a stunning page I got from the Master in Como (LCCAF 2022) where you can see all the main characters of the story and in particular many Magica shots (this is the main reason I chose this page).

And that last panel... WOW

Gyro's reaction is telling of his virtuous character and the silhouettes on the panel 3 foreground makes this page unique amongst others.
