Since I have posted an Iron Man splash and a Cap DPS this week, I thought I'd continue with an 'Old Guard Avengers' theme and share this awesome splash by the great Mike Deodato Jr.

POW! Now THAT is an uppercut for the ages! I love the extreme foreshortening needed to be able to fit Long Haired Hulk's entire body onto the page. How great and rare to see such a big time Deodato splash from his 90's run. They definitely don't turn up frequently, and of course, this one is hiding in your collection. Superb, congrats, man!

Wow, it's Hulk vs. PITT. I mean, it's Hulk vs. long haired Hulk (sorry Dale). Fell in love with Deodato pretty early on, during his great Wonder Woman run. I'm not a DC guy, but I was buying the books for those great Bolland covers. Of course I happen to peak inside and noticed Mike's art. I think he went to work for Image after his WW run, or maybe he was doing both at the same time. Anyway, the only thing better than a Hulk splash is a 2-Hulk splash. Congrats buddy!

Man I loved the art in this arc, especially this issue with great Hulk vs Hulk action. I was also lucky to get some art from this story. Congrats Paul - this is smashingly good!

Only one Hulk. All other Hulks are fake rip offs....Like Spidey...WTF...Captain America.....WTF.....Marvel, you money grabbing, franchise cheapening cheapskates. Hulk say, "Deodata Hulk on steriods."
