I don't know that I'd say this is "fun". It's the Sonic Death issue. I cried so hard when I read it. Far more touching than the highly overrated death of Phoenix!

Wait...I only ever bought this one issue of Sonic, because I knew I'd be able to put my kids through college 30 years later by selling it. I never read the following issue. Are you telling me his death wasn't real?!?!

Oh, John my friend, I would NEVER make light of Uncle Ben's passing. Especially since there's a good chance that he and Elvis are both still alive and hiding out in the Bahamas. And no, Sonic is not dead. I certainly couldn't enjoy that huge image image of Sonic if the poor guy had actually been done in by the evil Doctor Robotnik. Plus, if he had really died in this 1995 comic, how could he star in a delightful 2020 feature film starring the illustrious & versatile Jim Carrey? And also, tell me this... How long do you think I can make this comment? I think pretty long. By the time it's over, we might all be dead. So yeah, I'll wrap it up. In summary, Ben in the Bahamas, Sonic alive and well, Jim Carrey a very funny guy.

Hey man, I can dig "quirky" and "fun" when it comes to art! Great start to the week and I'm looking forward to seeing what else you got coming! Interestingly, my son's 5th birthday part was this last week - guess what the theme was? Yes, a certain blue hedgehog :) Congrats, Paul!
