DescriptionI fell in love with this gorgeous cover image when I first saw it, and I was very fortunate to be able to add it to my collection. For some reason, the image gives me a peaceful, hopeful feeling when I look at it. The colors used for the published comic enhance that as well (see additional pic). These days, anything that gives comfort is a very welcome thing.I mean, "Wow," right? Tinker Bell is drawn so beautifully by Al Rio here. (And let's face it, she's pretty hot). Mr. Rio was such a talent that we will greatly miss. Social/Sharing |

I hear you on Al Rio. The two pieces I have by him are not the most popular in my gallery, and they certainly weren't the most expensive. But they are two of my favorite drawings. Incredible talent and very under rated.

So she's a bit of a bad girl too. Not hatin' that.

Nice fairy, but aren't fairies cute and innocent and not hot and sexy? Love the linework on the wings to make them translucent!

Well...Tinker Bell always seemed to have a bit of an edge to her. And Julia Roberts added quite a bit of sex appeal to her portrayal of the character in "Hook." Plus, it's all about artistic license, and I'm definitely not complainin.' :)
