Part of the big Forever Evil event this action-packed battle page features Killer Frost, Hyena, Plastique, Steve Trevor, and more.

Purchased from ComicLink as original pencils and inks but on examining more closely this is apparently original Leisten inks over Edwards printed blueline pencils. I will say that the inking by Leisten uses old-style techniques I've never seen on blueline pages before so its pretty cool in that respect.

Signed by Leisten at bottom right bottom.
