Description

We picked this up from our friendly neighborhood Post Office today. By artist Michael Whelan, it's a watercolor rough for "The Transition of Titus Crow" by Brian Lumley, published by DAW Books in 1975. On the back, Michael has dated it 11/17/74. Although Michael did the cover for this book, this design was not chosen, so it doesn't look anything like the published cover.
