I picked this up around twenty years ago and just tried scanning it now. If anyone has any suggestions on how to improve the image, I would greatly appreciate it.

Like many, Batman the Animated Series was a cartoon that was a personal favorite of mine. It is here that the foundation for the DC Animated Universe was created. This production cel was used to create the episode, The Cat and the Claw Part 2. This was a must have for me back in the day as it showed a close up of a Batman with a determined look on his face. The colors pop and the scan does not do it any justice. I hope those that view it enjoy it.

... and also provide clues on how to improve the image ;)

I am crediting Bruce Timm as the artist for the designs and Paul Dini as a writer. While some research yielded Akom Production as the animation studio responsible for this particular episode, it is impossible to know the name of the actual artists behind this particular production cel.
