Description**Week 18**This week I have the pleasure of posting two fantastic pieces from the current run of Spider-Man/Deadpool. McGuinness & Morales are clearly at the top of their artistic game, and the stories are extremely entertaining. There were a ton of great pages to choose from in this issue, but this DPS particularly struck a chord with me. Yes, it turns out later that Dormammu is an imposter (an actor in a costume), but this HUGE image of Dormammu roaring in triumph as Spidey and Deadpool are forced to dangle helplessly from a rope, upside-down, all mushed together -- it's just too classic. And pretty hilarious. Especially when you read the word balloons on the published pages (check out the additional image). Special thanks to "More Great Art" Mike for this one! Social/Sharing |

I saw numerous postings of this online with the word bubbles... the dialogue really takes it over the top. You should consider getting them added; but even without it's a great, and funny, set of pages.

This is one of the rare occasions id encourage the addition of an overlay too, it's that good! The mouths on these two characters makes for such great chemistry. You can't deny the amazing artistry on this page, but it's real special to have the comical aspect of it as well. Congrats!!

Congrats!!I totally agree with you and Jonathan about getting the word balloons added to this piece. I just re-read them on the published page, and oh my gosh, soooo funny !! But yeah, even without them, you can use your imagination to figure that these two characters are undoubtedly none too happy with each other right about now.

Super powerful DPS and funny as well! Love the heroes "salami" version. Great acquisition!

Agree with others, the dialogue truly drives this home. A great piece of art in terms of layout and perspective, and the inking is top notch - that background and those characters on the bottom...awesome. Nice addition, and you do have some thinking to do around the dialogue display!
