Description

Here is a pretty rare item printed in 1935 although some of the images predated this by over a decade. I got this as a gift and it is the first time I'd ever seen this. Each page by a different syndicated artist. Not sure how this scan will work but if you want to see better images look at the additional images. I you want really great scans for your reference/files send me an email and I can forward that on to you. It looks like this was actually published by Hallmark and just licensed from King Features. I know this is not comic art but such a cool, adjacent piece that I think it would benefit the community and strip art collectors in particular to see this material.

It might be one of the earliest strip and merchandise crossovers ever! Some familiar comic icons in between every other Santa drawing.

You could always add a couple of close ups in the additional images of one or 2 of your favorite scenes. Merry (belated) Christmas!
