DescriptionWOW! I'm not particularly partial to the Dan Flagg strip, nor to Don Sherwood's art, but when my friend Jimenez, who still has entirely too much art for his own good, pulled this one out and showed it to me along with telling me what it cost him, I was speechless. No more than a few seconds might have passed before I asked him if he'd sell it, and after saying "maybe", I couldn't have let more than a few more seconds go by before I offered him 5 times his cost and I immediately heard "okay".For those of you who haven't yet noticed, this example is of far superior artistic quality than a standard Sherwood Dan Flagg daily. That's because this daily was ghosted by Alden McWilliams! As a huge fan of Hollywood noir films from the 1930's to 1960's, this daily felt like it illustrated a scene from straight out of one of those films! Thanks again, JJ! Social/Sharing |

That is one beautifully illustrated original daily. Great for your collection. I have two DF but am still looking for a Sundayi to go with them. Dennis
