Description

Ms. Marvel, Kamala Khan, has quickly endeared herself to the Marvel Universe. Not only is she breaking new ground as a hero and Avenger, but she is also a huge fan of the heroes we have come to know and love herself. When looking for an artist to capture the essence of this character, I wanted someone that could bring Kamala's sense of optimism and fan-girl excitement to life and after looking at Anna Hybsier's gallery, I knew she would be perfect for the task. Anna came up with a mini-story in her mind of Kamala relaxing in her room after a long day of saving the world, complete with an "Iron" Throne lounge chair, posters of Captain Marvel and the X-Men and a great mug with the "selfie" she took of herself with Wolverine! A fantastic piece with vibrant colors that blends perfectly with this happy-go-lucky hero! Thanks Anna!

I love this theme, but I particularly enjoy this piece! The full backgrounds, the light, the Captain Marvel posters, but maybe most of all, the "armrest" (I get it) hand bowl holder. Brilliant! So fun! Congrats!

Can't tell you how happy I was to see this in your gallery. Anna was one of the very first friends I made on CAF and she is as nice as she is talented. Love the colors and the lighting on this. An instant favorite for sure!
