DescriptionYowza! Now there's two Spider-Men! For a guy who's always been a loner, suddenly Spidey's got a lot of company. Here's the cover to issue #1 of Spider-Men, featuring both Peter Parker and Miles Morales. It was the issue that asked the burning questions: What's going to happen when the original Spidey meets the new Spidey? And, will Peter Parker accept the new kid on the block? I loved this cover by Jim Cheung with both Spideys swinging across the New York skyline. Cheung also did replacement heads for a variant cover with both Miles' and Peter's faces uncovered, not that either Spidey would ever swing across the skyline with his face uncovered. Okay, now I am just incredibly jealous. A Spider-Men cover by Jim Cheung starring Peter Parker and Miles ?!? Just .. jealous.

I always liked this one...great poses and love the inks/shading. Cheung kickin’ off the series right for sure! Congrats!

I think Cheung draws everyone well, but his Spidey is just perfect. He brings enough Ditko that it transcends whatever the house style is at the time and seems to contain the character's entire history, which, what could be better for Spidey fans? Seeing him take on Miles, too... this one is special.
