Description

The preliminary painting is actually in ink and goauche. Done for the book by John Norman, published by Ballantine Books, 1970. Artwork size is 7" x 7 1/4".

Wish I had the final painting! :)

Beautiful preliminary work! The final painting was also used as the cover of "Fantasy", a signed limited-edition portfolio released by Blackthorne Publishing in 1984.
