It's amazing that Guardineer had kept the pieces from his art portfolio after he gave up comics and that eventually he sold them to a collector. Now it is yours!

Truly thrilling to see this cover preserved. What an outstanding piece of our history. Pre-hero DC comics was actually one of my focus areas of comic collecting before I gave up pursuing back issues with marriage taking over my time and financial resources way back in 1991 - it really is a joy to know this cover has survived and is here for us to enjoy.
