DescriptionA fantastic splash title page from the first main story in House Of Mystery #287 [December 1980]. I just adore this page, from the graphic design of the logo down to every last bit of linework in the image. When I look at the imagery alone it makes me think of John Carpenters The Thing - it could almost be a depiction of the opening scene of that movie! [This despite being a story about a vampire in the arctic]. The artwork is very tightly drawn & inked by Edgar Bercasio over layouts by Nestor Redondo.Social/Sharing |
