DescriptionHollow Knight is one of the few video games I've played extensively in my adult life. It's a mixture of difficult battles and beautiful scenery. It was also a great bonding experience with my son, as we played for many hours sitting side by side.I knew I wanted a commission from Eranga, but couldn't decide what it should be. Then I figured I'd go a little out of the box and challenge him with a nature scene from this game. Well, he absolutely NAIL-ed it (an easter egg for any fans of the game). I don't have to write how talented Eranga is, the artwork speaks for itself. I'm overjoyed with it! Social/Sharing |

Such a unique piece, and it is wonderfully detailed. I remember you showing this on the interview and it made me appreciate and acknowledge how much range Eranga has. Range like Danny Ainge.

The Infection that was planted in my brain
Still remains
Within the realm Hallownest
Radience dreams I scrolled alone
Hollow Knights fill soul vessel
'Neath the Geo of a street lamp
I told Eranga to draw cold and damp
When my eyes were stabbed by the Nail of Hollow Knight
That split the night
And touched the realm Hallownest
And in the Youtube show I saw
Ten thousand thigh gaps, maybe more
People chatting with Bill speaking
People reading with Fisch listening
Marcus writing songs that voices never share
No one cares
Disturb the realm of Hallownest

I'm not familiar with the game, but I am familiar with the exceptional artistic skills of Eranga. There seems to be no limit to his talent. This is beautiful.
