DescriptionPhobia is a villain with a pretty neat power, basically the DC equivalent of Psyche, from Marvel's New Mutants. I like the costume as a design, though not in practical terms for fighting other super powered individuals. Seems overly elaborate for someone whose sole power is manifesting illusions to terrify her opponents.Social/Sharing |

At first I thought she was calmly baking a tin of brownies as she terrorized that poor guy, but I see now that I am probably mistaken. And yes, great costume, but extremely elaborate (though I totally dig the eyebrows). And I never understood why you would include anything that obstructs your peripheral vision. Doctor Strange has the same 'high collar' deal with his costume.
