Star Brand Issue 14 page 27 By Kieron Dwyer and Joe Rubinstein. Written by Howard Mackie. Aftermath of the Pitt. (Marvel New Universe 1988)

Back up story “Family Ties” - A family of 4 had seemingly been rescued by Spitfire in the aftermath of the Pitt disaster. While under observation, it was revealed that the rescue was a little too late. The four people merge into a Pitt Monster with never-ending hunger that just can’t be satiated!

This scene totally gave me recurring nightmares as a kid.

11x17 Pencils and inks on bristol.

The dialogue and captions are pasted stats. The bristol is in great shape. A few glue stains from stats that must have fallen off. The art looks great!

I ship fast and secure in an art box, between multiple pieces of cardboard.
