Description

Uncle Scrooge color illustration by Giovan Battista Carpi.

This was published even though I'm not yet sure where (at the time, Carpi did a lot of illustrations for Disney books/manuals/magazines/encyclopedias, etc.).

I love the sheer perfection of the lines (as expected in all the works of the Master), and the color is punchy.

P.S. the piece was also published in 2024 in the "MESTERTEGNERNE" (The Master Draftsmen) book dedicated to Giovan Battista Carpi published by Egmont (HUGE thanks to Simen!!!)
