Description

In this hobby, most would agree that second chances can be even rarer than the art itself. Even now I would likely agree with that sentiment. However I can now consider myself lucky enough to have had one of those moments where the stars lined up in a way that made re-acquiring this piece possible.

Although reluctantly, I did let this go to a good friend. Thus I am extremely grateful they offered it back to me as they promised. Thank you Jason

One of my favorites from the series and definitely of the issue. The lines are Tradd doing what he does best, super-natural precision with a surrealism that never ceases to amaze me. (The distortion effects & word bubbles were added digitally but I included them for the sake of appreciation/completeness of the page.)

My pleasure, Justin. I miss the page, even if I only held it briefly, but it went to a good cause (More Tradd!!). This page has everything a Tradd collector could want, it's just gorgeous. And I'm happy it's back in its proper home. Enjoy!

This is like hand done screen tone with the patternwork all clean and meticulously done. Tradd Moore's immensity in precision impresses as the scan picks up a great variety of fascinating effects.

Thanks for all the kind comments fellas! Yo, I will definitely be holding onto it this time;) Jason, you are true to your word and that counts for a lot these days, I am sincerely grateful buddy!

FM/Marcus, thank you both! For the sake of transparency, I wanted to mention that the pattern/distortion effect in the 2nd panel was done digitally, possibly by Tradd but it's unfortunately not on the physical art, I overlaid it along with the word balloons to recreate the completed page in b/w.

Mind-blowing page from the incredible Tradd Moore! Boy, you can really see the lead-up to his Silver Surfer Black in this page! The clean lines, the crazy surreal images, it's all here! Congrats on reacquiring this masterpiece!
