Description

Well, scratch another item off the "Bucket List!" Finally, acquired a killer Jon Bogdanove Superman splash for my collection. And I was able to buy it from Jon himself when he was at Dragon Con this past weekend. It was so nice to be able to chat with Jon and his lovely wife Judy. If you have the chance to meet him, don't pass it up. In addition, the Dick Giordano inks fit perfectly with Jon's style. Enjoy!

That's terrific, Steve! I mean, could you possibly have found a page with a bigger image ofSuperman on it? It almost looks like Bogdanove had to try hard to keep him from blasting outside the image area. Really good fortune too that he had art with him at the con, given that he's been selling his art through Heritage this year. Kudos on such a great looking piece!

It's the right era and it has the big and bold enough of a Superman image that embodies it.
