Description

This Thor piece was penciled and inked by Walter Simonson in June 1984 at a NYC Con. He asked me to fill in the empty spaces (now black) and as a kid I thought he was nuts. So I asked Klaus Janson to finish it, which he did in March 1987. The thick black lines and black areas are his work on the piece. Hence my favorite con piece.

A Simonson Thor in any form is no easy get! Great full figure shot, and a nice story to go along! Congrats!
