DescriptionA beautiful and classic cover that captures an extreme moment suspended in stark and timeless terror. The terrifying creature swoops. . . the man stumbles in the shadows of an ancient structure. This image has been stamped in my mind since way back when I saw this cover for the first time. Wrightson has a knack for creating that kind of impact.Glad to hang this one back up on my wall again... Social/Sharing |

The image is indelible. It strikes like lightning that reaches deep within to sting the nerve center into a reaction of heightened anxiety and response of fear.

I have always liked this cover. The way he combines light and shadow on the main image and pencil shading on the background is masterful (and it really worked well on the published cover).

Are you literally kidding me. You've owned this twice? Wanna trade it for my whole collection? Well, not my whole collection. But like, 2/3 of my collection?

Impressive! The best of both worlds, Bernie's pencils and inks.
