DescriptionA grail.No serious collection is complete without a Peanuts strip. Unfortunately, they've become prohibitively expensive. I've tried acquiring one for a couple years through auction houses without success. They were/are always out of reach. During the Fall edition of Comic Art live, Mike Burkey (aka Romitaman) put up this strip. It met one of my two criteria: it had to feature Charlie Brown or Snoopy. We worked out a deal and now this grail is mine. 27.5 x 6 Social/Sharing |

Great pick-up, from the period that I think is Schulz's strongest in terms of artwork--love how controlled and juicy his line-work is here. Beautiful!

This strip speaks to itself being prohibitively expensive to acquire.

Stellar. No amount of punctuation can adequately capture the celebration of a Peanuts original. Only the dancing feet of Snoopy can relay that feeling.
