So romantic when seen without dialogue. You kind of want to see it play out in reverse order. Like Carol says, be quiet and maybe she'll want to kiss some more so you can prove you weren't putting up an act.

This particular episode captures that signature blend of romance and drama, with the tension between Edward and Carol unfolding beautifully through Wright’s impeccable storytelling. The second panel is especially strong. Carol’s poised expression, framed against the dark background, says so much with just a look.

Dangerous Currents, right? I'm no expert, but one of the top CD stories from a purely artistic standpoint IMO. And this one's a beauty!

The portraits of panel two are indeed eye-catching, but they are made more eye-catching because of the adventurous and potentially dangerous boating landscape of the third panel. Such a beautiful contrast of inner/micro and outer/macro worlds.
