Description

This is an incredibly rare Original Art Drawing of 1 of the most iconic characters in the history of animation, Bugs Bunny, for a classic 1950's Kool-Aid television commercial! It is a great production drawing done in blue pencil, and there is animator production numbering that likely indicates the scene this would have been prepared for, along with notes such as "BUGS PUSHES GUN OUT". The full sheet measures approximately 10 1/2" by 14", and is standard 3-peghole animation paper (1 round, 2 rectangular). It is in good overall condition, but please note it does have a fair amount of wear that you should be able to see in the scan. There is a fair amount of crinkling/wrinkling to the paper, as well as creasing, and with a couple of edgewear tears (one at the top middle edge that is about 1/2", and one near the middle right side edge that is about 3/4". The piece features a truly magnificent and expressive image of Bugs. This is an outstanding rare vintage piece of Warner Brothers magic, and a magnificent example to own featuring their most famous and most iconic character. It would look fantastic framed and prominently displayed, and would be a great addition to any collection or a perfect gift.
