DescriptionAs anyone who has collected animation cels for any length of time can tell you, they pile up. Especially the ones that only feature a small image. They aren't really worth the effort to frame, and don't look that great on their own. So, with that in mind, I created a collage of them. It started out in the late 90's with the Rogue cel, which came in the frame. Over the years, I've added other free or cheap animation cels from the X-Men cartoon of the 90's and the Ewoks cartoon of the 80's to the frame. It started out as a joke and a way to keep the random cels safe, but personally, I think it now has a sort of post-modern appeal which I appreciate.Social/Sharing |
