DescriptionHere's a fun Hulk cover from the Peter David era, but it's just missing one thing (apart from stats) -- the Hulk! Regardless, we've got She-Hulk and Doc Samson (one of my favorite supporting characters), so what the heck.I've really grown to enjoy Angel Medina's quirky take on the characters and he seemed to gel well with Peter David's sense of humor. Honorable mention to Robin Riggs, who did a really fine job with the inks, continuing on from his great work with Liam Sharp. Social/Sharing |

If you're going to buy a Hulk cover with no Hulk on it, you could so so much worse than getting one featuring She-Hulk and Doc Samson!

But Ruben, was this well bought? Any Hulk and anything from this era is tough to find.

I don't know how much it cost, so I can't opine on whether it was well bought or not. But as long as Ted is happy with it, that's ultimately all that matters, especially since he's a buy and hold type of collector.

Ha yeah - I think it was well bought. You can check out the Heritage Auction archives to see the price - pretty reasonable for a 90's Incredible Hulk series cover in my opinion :)

Thanks Dave! I lucked out with a few cheaper covers recently, but based on the last Heritage auction I won't be getting a Keown cover anytime soon :)
