Bill, nice to hear from you. It's been a long time. I had to hold my nose to get this one. Sadly, it cost me more to get this page than I paid for five of the other pages from this issue combined. I almost let it go. The price points of today make it impossible to buy anything these days. The speculators are here and there is nothing we can do about it.

No kidding, Nick... prices are nuts, so I am also pretty selective myself about purchases these days. You have many of the best Cap 157 pages, so I was happy to see this wind up in your collection too!
