DescriptionPatrick Nagel original acrylic paint and ink on board. Playboy stamp on verso. Known by fans as "Criss Cross Bikini" or "Shibari" but most Playboy boards are officially untitled.This painting is large for a Patrick Nagel Playboy illustration at 18" x 12.75" on a 30"x 20" board. Playboy stamp on verso. (It had not yet been framed upon my acquisition). Created in January 1984. Nagel died in February of 1984 and this image is believed to be his last personal contribution for Playboy Forum, prior to his death. (June 1984 is the last issue PB published Nagel images prior to their repeats and/or for his tribute article in Jan 1985) Playboy Magazine June 1984 Playboy Forum, interior page 49. I have Estate Patrick Nagel Certificate of Authenticity, signed and sealed. I run PatrickNagelArts on Instagram and collect and sell. Thank you so much! If you want one I know where most are and some are privately selling. I run Patrick Nagel Arts on Instagram but this one is not for sale. I love her so damn much. She was his last Playboy.....
