Description

Thrilled to add this page to my collection and thanks to Jim Warden for parting with it! Never expected to have a Byrne piece in my collection since I tend to restrict what I collect to a few characters and Byrne rarely drew any of the characters I collect, despite how much I LOVED his work on X-Men, FF, Man of Steel and on and on!

Love the texture of the rain, the backgrounds and poses in the 2nd panel, the expressions in the bottom left and the embrace in the last panel.

I usually stick with art of the Katar & Shayera versions of the character (Silver Age) and this is Carter and Kendra, but I could NOT pass it up.
